學生請細閱報名須知，報名後即表示你已閱讀、同意並遵守以下條款及安排。
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By registering for the showcase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all arrangements listed below.

1. 網上完成報名後，系統將自動發送確認電郵。如於指定時間內未有在收件箱或垃圾郵件箱收到郵件，請立即透過 Instagram 聯絡我們。
1. After completing the registration, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. If you do not receive the email in your inbox or spam folder within the stated period, please contact us via Instagram immediately.
2. 是次表演設有人數限制，部份隊伍名額先到先得，部份隊伍將設 audition。
2. The showcase has a limited quota. Some teams are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while some teams may require an audition or selection process.
3. Early Bird 優惠期為 2026年5月10日至6月21日，於優惠期間完成報名可享全單減 $100 優惠。
3. Early Bird discount is available from 10 May 2026 to 21 June 2026. Students who complete their registration within the promotion period will receive HKD $100 off the total package fee.
4. 於 2026年6月21日後報名，將需額外收取 $100 Late Charge。
4. A HKD $100 late charge will be applied to registrations submitted after 21 June 2026.
5. 需 audition 之隊伍，學生必須於收到錄取通知後 5 天內完成全數付款。如未能於限期內付款，名額有可能被取消；
如希望繼續參與，需額外繳交 $100 行政費用。已繳付之費用一律不設退款。
5. For audition teams, full payment must be completed within 5 days after receiving the confirmation message. If students fail to complete the payment within the deadline, the application may be cancelled. Students who wish to continue their application after the deadline will be required to pay an additional HKD $100 administrative fee. All payments made are non-refundable.
6. 付款後如需轉換隊伍，將收取 $200 手續費。
6. A HKD $200 handling fee will be charged for any team transfer request after payment confirmation.
7. 上載付款證明時，必須清楚顯示銀行戶口號碼及戶口持有人姓名。
7. Bank transfer receipts, online payment records, or screenshots must clearly show the bank account number and account holder’s name.
8. 全日制學生必須上載有效學生證（需清楚顯示姓名及有效日期）方可享有學生優惠。
8. Full-time students must upload a valid student ID showing their full name and validity date clearly in order to enjoy the student discount.
9. 請填妥確認電郵中的 Google Form，並上載付款記錄及全日制學生證。
9. Please complete the Google Form attached in the confirmation email and upload the payment record together with the full-time student ID.
10. 演出套票包含最少 8 次排練課堂，套票只適用於指定隊伍老師之課堂。
10 The showcase package includes at least 8 rehearsal classes and may only be used for lessons taught by the assigned team instructor.
11. 每隊均可能要求額外排練，詳情請留意官方網站或向隊伍老師查詢。
11. Additional rehearsals may be required depending on the team. Please refer to our website or consult your instructor for details.
12. 學生出席率需達 80% 或以上，並獲得老師同意，方可參與正式演出。
12. Students must maintain at least 80% attendance and obtain instructor approval in order to participate in the showcase performance.
13. 演出套票只適用於演出相關課堂。
13. Showcase packages can only be used for showcase-related classes.
14. 演出套票費用並不包括表演服飾費用及額外排練之場地租用費用。
14. Showcase package fees do not include costume expenses or additional venue rental fees for extra rehearsals.
15. 在任何情況下，所有已繳付之費用均不設退款。
15. All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
16. 演出套票不可轉讓、共享或退款。
16. Showcase packages are non-transferable, non-shareable, and non-refundable.
17. 如於上課當天懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號或黑色暴雨警告訊號，舞室將暫停開放。
如於課堂開始前兩小時除下所有相關警告訊號，課堂將照常進行。
如黑色暴雨或八號颱風訊號於課堂期間懸掛，課堂仍會繼續進行。
17. If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted on the day of class, the studio will be temporarily closed.
If all warning signals are cancelled at least 2 hours before class, classes will proceed as normal.
If the warning signals are hoisted during class hours, classes will continue as usual.
18. 如因任何不可抗力因素而需更改活動日期，本公司將盡快安排新的演出日期。學生可選擇不參與改期後之活動，但所有已繳付費用將不獲退還。
18. If the event needs to be rescheduled due to any uncontrollable circumstances, the company will arrange a new performance date as soon as possible. Students may choose not to participate in the rescheduled event; however, all payments made will remain non-refundable.
19. BEDREX 保留所有安排之最終決定權。
