為保障全體學員的課堂安全、維護良好的課堂秩序，並確保網上電子付款之交易安全（杜絕盜用他人帳戶），BeDREX 現更新營運及服務條款如下：

To ensure classroom safety, maintain order, and protect online payment security (preventing account misuse), BeDREX has updated our Terms & Conditions as follows:
 

1. 身份核對 Identity Verification

• 本公司職員如遇系統登記異常、電子付款授權核對、或涉及轉讓爭議時，保留要求個別學員出示附有相片之有效證明文件（如香港身份證或學生證）以作現場肉眼核對的權利，以確保到訪者與網上登記之預約姓名一致。

• BeDREX reserves the right to request a valid photo ID (e.g., HKID or Student ID) for identity verification during check-in in cases of system anomalies, payment authorization checks, or ticket transfer disputes, ensuring the attendee matches the registered name.
   

2. 拒絕服務與營運自主權 Denial of Entry & Service

• 如學員未能或拒絕出示相關證明文件，或出示之身份資料與網上登記不符，本公司有權拒絕其進入課室。此外，作為私營機構，BeDREX 保留拒絕向任何破壞課堂秩序、滋擾前線員工或違反本公司營運政策之人士提供服務的最終決定權。

• BeDREX reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who fails or refuses to present valid ID, or whose details do not match the booking. As a private entity, BeDREX reserves the final right to refuse service to any individual who disrupts class order, harasses staff, or violates company policies.
   

3. 不可轉讓與退款處理 Non-transferable & Refund Policy

• 除上述因身份核對不符而被拒進場之個案（本公司將即時取消該次預約並於系統後台安排退款，實際到帳時間視乎發卡銀行而定）外，所有課程及堂票組合均不可轉讓、不可共享及不設退款。如發現任何濫用、誤用或違反本條款之行為，BeDREX 保留隨時暫停或終止該帳戶/堂票之權利。

• Except for class bookings automatically cancelled and refunded due to identity verification issues as stated above, all classes and packages are strictly non-transferable, non-shareable, and non-refundable. BeDREX reserves the right to suspend or terminate any package in the event of misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.
   

4. 堂票延期 Package Extension

• 延期申請僅適用於在原堂票到期日或之前購買新堂票之學員。延期期限（2 或 3 個月，視乎新購堂票種類而定）將由原堂票到期日起計算。堂票一旦過期，恕不接受任何延期申請。

• Package extensions are only available upon purchasing a new package on or before the original expiry date. The extension period (2 or 3 months, depending on the new package) will count from the original expiry date. No extension requests will be accepted after a package has expired.
   

5. 課堂拍攝與錄影 Photography & Video Recording

• 課堂進行期間現場可能會進行拍攝及錄影，以作紀錄及宣傳用途。如閣下不欲入鏡，請於課前通知現場職員，並選擇站在拍攝範圍外。

• Photography and video recording may take place during lessons for official records and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform our staff before class and choose to stand outside the camera angle.
   

6. 修改權利及爭議解決 Amendments & Final Decision

• BeDREX 保留隨時修改、暫停或終止任何課程、堂票組合、優惠活動或本條款之權利，恕不另行通知。如有任何爭議，BeDREX 保留最終決定權。

• BeDREX reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any class, package, promotion, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, BeDREX’s decision shall be final and binding.
